Just got Rune of minor Beast Mastery. What do i do with it? How to use runes?

It's pretty easy actually. Simply double-click on the rune and apply it to your armor. Once it's applied to your armor, you can use and expert salvage kit to try to remove it again, but there is a chance that will fail.
